Two of the more recent content sites I have come across are Flixya and BloggerParty. What I like about both is that they are content focuses. Many other content web sites, free web pages or free blogs, are too anxious to become the next Facebook. They push pictures, content, making friends, voting, etc. None is bad in themselves, but there is already a MySpace, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Flikr. But a good place to put content is a bit rarer to find. BloggerParty fits that bill.

Like I said about Flixya, don’t have a topic area yet. But I am sure over time one will develop. Broad is good but sometimes, broad is too big. Like at Xanga is where do my entertainment writing. But as the name freedomcash shows, it started as something different. But entertainment is too broad. If I had done movies or television, that would help narrow focus. Right now at BloggerParty I have a head start in a Native American or aviation direction (check links below). The real challenge is that most of my main topics are already covered. So, discovering a new area will exciting.
